246 Happenings is a private home and garden in Grass Valley, hosted by Jacob Griscom. Photos and event notes on this site describe the place. They are not an offer to rent a unit or a ticket to an event until a date is confirmed in writing.

Gatherings ask guests to park on the street or in public parking on Richardson Street, and to leave pets at home. Brunch, when it is scheduled, is offered with a suggested donation.

The mailing list is for unit openings and happenings. You can ask to be removed by replying to a note from the list, or by writing through jacobgriscom.com.
